GrantCountdown is a free calendar of verified classroom and school grant deadlines, plus a weekly email, GrantCountdown Weekly, that goes out every Tuesday. If your product or service helps teachers and schools, you can sponsor the site or the newsletter.

- School and district staff who write grants, plus PTA and PTO volunteers and education foundation staff
- People who are actively looking for funding, often with a specific purchase in mind
We're new, so here's the honest picture. GrantCountdown launched in October 2026 and the first newsletter issue goes out October 20, 2026. We don't have traffic or subscriber history yet, and we won't make numbers up. Before you book, we'll tell you the current subscriber count and recent open rates. After your run, you'll get a short report with the real impressions and clicks.

How it works
- Founding rates are for our first three sponsors who book by January 31, 2027. They hold for three months.
- Sponsored content is always labeled. Sponsors never change our verification, our summaries or the order of regular listings.
- We only run sponsors that are useful to teachers and schools. We don't accept ads that charge teachers a fee to apply for a grant.
- Prices will go up as the audience grows. We'll review them when the newsletter passes 2,500 subscribers, and current sponsors hear about it first.
