STEM Research Grants
Society for Science
Equipment and supplies for teachers who run independent student research programs in grades 6-12.
There is no grant on our list just for AI. But several open grants fund STEM equipment, classroom supplies or classroom projects, and a device, software license or AI tool can fit if it serves the project and the funder allows it.
Read each funder's rules on what you can buy. Some only cover supplies or equipment, and some need a project plan.

Look at your state's K-12 AI guidance, your district's policy and the vendor's privacy terms. School AI Watch lists official guidance for each state that has issued it and the privacy terms each tool's vendor states.
